If I wasn't committed to shopping with local businesses I probably wouldn't come back to Poor Richards. They usually come across as irritated and it feels like I am bothering them. I feel like I have to work hard to be their customer and show a lot of patience. The younger chick who works there is fairly rude and seems to not appreciate customers. The only time she speaks kindly is when she is saying goodbye. They do good-enough work and are a local small business which is why I will return, but I always leave interactions with them dissatisfied and feeling really put-off.

Daniel is the most disrespectful person my wife has ever dealt with. We will never use this business again, she made customers leave with her attitude.
