I called for a ride to Wal-Mart at 7pm on a Saturday. The guy that answer the phone informed me they weren't in town and there was not enough routes. Then he rudely hung up the phone. If you don't want people calling after hours turn the phone off, hire an answering service or let it go to voicemail with the hours you are available.

Very rude on the phone and does not operate in town for local rides.

Had a wonderful experiece. Great,clean ride. Will definately use Sullivan taxi and transport again. Could not ask for better service.
