I have been a customer for 10 years plus. I have not seen a dime since August 2015 and someone is renting my house. Additionally I have not received my tax document for 2015. I wrote them and also I have been calling to no avail, since I live overseas I thought they were closed due to snow, until today when I read all the comments. This is not a good management company and everyone should be careful when conducting business with this company.

I have been with HomeFinders of Lawton for over 15 years. On 15 October 2015, I received a check to my bank account that bounced and I was charged a $10 Fee. HomeFinders has failed to respond to my phone calls or emails. I am concerned about their business, especially since they have failed to respond and resolve this issue as of 21 November 2015.

These people are now been investigated by the Oklahoma real estate commission. They Did not pay the October rent to any of the homeowners that are using this company as their property manager. They sent checks that have no funds and now they are not answering phone calls nor explaining to their clients what their problem is, they are just hiding. I am one of the affected homeowners and I just filed a police report, they stole my morgage money. They just collected the money to the tenants and kept that money to them. PLEASE be aware of these people, if you are a tenant or a homeowner using this company think before paying them one more month.

I am a vendor to Homefinders and have had a similar experience. They paid for services by credit card and after the work was done the canceled the credit card payment and still owe me after 4 months. I have had lots of promises to pay me, but they don't do it. Now they won't answer my calls.
Don't do business with them either! They won't pay!

Rented from them during a short stay in Lawton. We had issues with the fees listed in the lease but were in a bind as we knew it was a 2-3 week wait to get household goods delivered so we need to put in the request asap. We were charged a security deposit, pet deposit, and a "pet inspection" on the carpets before moving in. Move in was rough - It took us a week to get the water turned on and another 4 days to get the gas turned on for the water heater. On moving out, we had to pay to have the carpets cleaned, another pet inspections, and the house sprayed for pests. On moving out, they have a very serious list fees for things like not replacing batteries in thermostat, replacing ac filters, etc. so please beware. It has been over a month and a half since we turned the keys in and we still have not received our deposits back, nor can anyone tell me the amount of deposit they will return. We moved/PCSed to Alaska and I have been hung up on and given the run around every time I have called. The assured me the check was sent certified mail to my parents in Texas and after two weeks someone finally admitted they didn't even have the forwarding address I ensured they wrote down on our file when we turned the keys in. I also made sure they had both mine and my husbands cell phone so they could let me know if there were any issues as we paid to have the house professionally cleaned because we were terrified of the fees listed in the lease if they had to clean anything in the home.
