The woman behind the counter was very nice - I wish I knew her name - she was very helpful in directing me to see Alena Bruster when I booked my appointment despite letting her know that I was deaf. They both treated me no differently and acted like I was a normal person just like everyone which I greatly appreciated. We had no problems with communicating and I am thankful for Alena's help in dealing with the missing information on my credit card.
