      image They charge $100 for consultation without disclosing that until the bill comes. Had file sent over for a tooth extraction from our dentist as they requested but still charged to do more X-rays. Never tan our insurance and said we have to pay the full up front. Our insurance company stated they never sent in a claim and it should have been fully covered. Not to mention Front desk receptionist is extremely rude and sarcastic when asking her questions about it. Fraudulent and terrible service. Will be reporting them.

      image My husband needed a molar removed and we are so fortunate to find Dr Cubbage. All of the staff from receptionist to nurse were wonderful. We highly recommend Dr Cubbage.
