      image Put in a mobile order and it took them THIRTY MINUTES and still missed half the order. Not sure anyone on staff could actually read, the way the frontline workers just stood staring at the screen, not bagging orders, not bothering to drop more fries in the fryer so the order still had to wait on those long after the cook had to step off the backline and do the job of three people while two others stood around with faces blanker than goldfish. If you're going to have staff, make sure they're not so tweaked they can't read an order.
