If I could rate them a zero I would. They are the most hateful, most uncompassionate business I have EVER dealt with. We had a death in the family. We do not live there in Lawrenceburg. I was trying to let my mother order what she wanted for her sisters funeral, and to order something for her niece and nephew. I planned to pay for it with a credit card, as my mother doesn't use credit cards, she only uses cash. I was told I could drive all the way up there to pay for, because the owner was to busy to be bothered with being asked if they could at a minimum take the order from my mother over the phone and I would immediately call back and pay for it. I wanted her to order what ever she wanted. This is the loss of her sister, my aunt, and this florist could not have been more hateful, arrogant, and disrespectful.
