Everything you should expect in a Home Improvement/General Contractor, and I'm one myself. Hired them to do a project I had to start myself after trying to hire a friend, who was also a so called contractor, to do that project for me. I implored him to take the project as a business and not a project as a casual favor for a friend, but unfortunately that didn't happen and I proceeded by myself as much as I could and when I couldn't do it all we hired Rosario Construction. Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual, they did a beautiful job and worked perfectly along the way to achieve my desired results.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their team. From the moment we embarked on our home renovation project, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and commitment that truly set them apart.

Rosario Construction Services was subcontracted by Servpro of Derry.Jose worked with my schedule, his Abatement crew were great,in and out in one day. His second crew was here and did a wonderful job.Efficient. would highly recommend them. Service: Drywall repair

My grandparents decided to work with this "company" in April 2021. The project was to build a pool house with a deck including electrical work and jacuzzi. When the inspector arrived to do this inspection we found out the "completed" work did not pass inspection. He placed the wrong size support poles for the decks roof, didn't pull the correct permit for the deck and continued to tell us lies saying they're "waiting for an inspection" but they didn't finish the job in the first place to get the inspection and decided to start another project when ours wasn't completed. Also because the supports are incorrect the inspector informed us when it snows the roof could potentially cave in. It already seaps water when it rains. Jose (owner of the company) and Jennifer ( secretary) continued to lie to us while not trying to make things right. My grandparents also paid upfront for this project and for the electrician Jose didn't end up paying the electrician which adds to another unfinished project and my grandparents can't even use their jacuzzi. This led us to firing them for continuing to give us misinformation and stealing our money. We were also told that the project would only take a month and now it's almost 2023. My grandparents are elderly and all they want was their nice pool house for their retirement that they've been working their entire lives for. To take advantage of them when they put their trust in your buisness is an absolute shame. Jose should feel very ashamed of himself for taking advantage of elderly people. Yelp  is a lot nicer than me because I would put 0 stars. If you like spending thousands of dollars for an unfinished project in your backyard that no other contractor wants to touch because of how much Jose's company messed up, poor service,poor quality, muitple lies, poor professionalism and poor time management. Jose is your guy
