When you flush you keys down the toilet at 5 a.m. you can feel like you are in a real $#!+% situation. They answered the call and set me up with a mobil dispatch for 9:30 a.m. and were on time and on point with a new key FOB. Thank you

I found Lu by sheer luck. A friend of mine used another service to get some keys made and when I phoned there, the guy on the phone was so rude. I hung up and called Lu. OMG a world of difference. Lu was so friendly, responsive and so easy to work with. I drove 30 Miles north to see Lu and it was well worth it!! I'd do it again. In fact I am next month to get another programed key done for my car. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company!

I called at 9am when he opened. I had my car keys fixed within the hour. He's service was one of the best I've ever seen. No one and I do mean no one will give you better service ! A huge thanks to Lu's car keys & lock service ! Highly recommended !!!!

Needed a broken car key rebuilt and cut. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Lu is very warm and friendly which is always a plus. Will definitely be using them going forward for all my key needs.
