I’ve been coming to this location for the past 5 years. The reason this is my go to store is they get you in and out, they are efficient and knowledgeable and provide a variety of services. Anytime I need help they are right there to assist me. Debra and her staff are awesome even the new employees I see now. When I walk in they are laughing and smiling and that is something you don’t see often these days. The store is always so clean. The owners of this store should be proud of the staff here and how hard they work and how they deal with the customers!

I’ve been going to this UPS store for about 10 years, the staff here has always been very accommodating. It’s a very clean store, during Covid they took appropriate actions to keep customers safe. Management has always been very kind when I ask questions about shipping even when they are busy. I have no plans on ever leaving this location, when I come here it seems like I am visiting friends.

Don't dare leave a bad review. They will AMBUSH YOU IN THE STORE THE REMOVE IT. Once you refuse and get upset they will cancel your box on the SPOT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THEY CLOSE FOR NO REASON, STORE IS ALWAYS FULL EMPLOYEES, YET ONLY 1 IS EVER WORKING. LINES ARE TERRIBLE. AND YOU CAN'T EVEN HAVE LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT BEING ATTACKED. WHO EVER OWNS THIS STORE GOD HELP YOU! YOU NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF!!! MANAGER INCLUDED!!!!!

I use ups for PO boxes because they have actual addresses instead of PO box numbers and I switched to this location because it is closer to my residence unfortunately I wish I would've kept the one further away. The service here is always dependent on one employee usually with bad customer service skills and little knowledge of the actual store. If you have to do anything but pick up your packages expect to wait an extra 15 minutes on top of the 10 it usually takes to get them because the managers are usually sitting in the back allowing lines of customers to build in the front. I went today arrived 5 minutes before closed and the employee looked me in the eye as the closed the store. I understand people want to go home but when your business is solely based on packages and you're about to close for a three day weekend wouldn't it be considerate to run your FULL BUSINESS HOURS? However I am not surprised because this incompetence and inconsiderate actions are regularly demonstrated at this location. I hope whoever the store manager is gets fired and they give it to the guy running the cactus location but he understand the importance of training employees and demonstrating leadership.
UPDATE
I've regularly mentioned my disappointment in the customer service in person and eventually just stopped going allowing my boyfriend to pick up the packages. Today they decided to harass him about my honest review and closed my PO box over it. After arguing with him about the review she refused to give me a refund for the rest of my contract and threatened to call the police because I wouldn't take down my review.
