After hearing all the good thing about Gonzales I've decided to hire him myself for N400 application. This has been going on since about 2010 and I'm still waiting on some sort of resolution.
Up until about 1 year ago when he decided to change his staff in the office I want to say everything was somewhat ok.
Now he has the rudest most unprofessional staff ever, not willing to help unless you threaten them with wanting to stop using Gonzales as the representative.
I don't recommend going here for your immigration needs not because of the lawyer but the staff that's working there
