Thanks for such a quick response to do with the carpets. My son said Albert had a lot of work in order to correct the initial installation. Let him know that his tremendous effort was appreciated. I also think your approach to solving the problem is a wonderful example of how a great company operates. It makes me feel pretty good about the initial choice for you to fix my flooded house and my recommendation of Westside Restoration to others over the last two years.

Our home was flooded on the first floor. I originally found a plumber, but they recommended Westside Restoration. I did quick search online, and Westside seemed like a good company. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and Chris Gilliam answered the weekend emergency service call. He, and his initial team arrived at my home within an hour of being called.
Chris was very professional, and Alberto worked diligently to remove the damaged flooring, base boards, and assess any other damage. They also explained the process, and provided documentation for initial work completed. We were in a time crunch to get completed before departing and renting out our home, and Westside promised and delivered on a completion date of 8 May 2015.
We would highly recommend Westside Restoration yo anyone that has flood, fire, and other damage to their home.
