Franks European auto, really is second to none. From the first call to picking up your car. I havent experienced this type of care and professionalism. This place is nothing more than a Clip Joint that tries to promote products that are not necessary or things that can wait until a later time until they become an issue. I had a car there and then brought it to European Motor Cars in Spring Mountain the bill was actually more than 50% less and they were honest with me so what was needed and what was not be very careful.
Thank you for replying but unfortunately these are genuine concerns so please do not try and dismiss them as not occurring. Just what a typical clip Droid does tries to dismiss and deflect instead of take responsibility for their actions

Frank, allow me to start by congratulating and commending you on your FIRST CLASS and STATE OF THE ART Organization! The success of any business rely on the staff and team that run the business and you have done a great job choosing your team like Matt, Travis and many others. Every time I visit your garage I feel welcomed and at home because of your amazingly gracious and professional team in every way, also needless to say that my car issues always addressed professionally and fixed fast. If I were to leave a note to any person who is looking for a great place to fix their car! I recommend Frank's European Service and they will never regret the visit.
Frank, We never met but I will be looking forward to meet you when I bring my brother's BMW 750Li for repair .
