Alma was our union representative for teamsters 986. Not only did she lie the entire process and discourage us she gave us zero appeal in which she said it was going to arbitration and ignored all communication. She didn’t prepare us for the grievance and even neglected meeting links pretending it was us not getting access. She gave them months. She admitted they went out of seniority and contract but did nothing for us. She is as corrupt as they get. I actually recorded it if anyone would like to listen. I need to report it but so shocked at the corruption. Don’t ever believe in a union because it is a total lie….
