Had a wonderful experience today at LV nails! They were kind and welcoming. I started to feel a little anxious and they were so sweet to me.. got fans on me and a water to cool me off. Sandy continued to check in on me throughout the process to make sure I was okay. Best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! Thank you so so much.

I patron this business often ...even though they don't do the best job I go back because the customer service is usually great. However today was not the case. I was treated horribly and I will never come back. I don't like to write bad reviews for businesses but when you treat me like I am no one after I made an appointment and this was not my 1st 2nd or 3rd. ... time doing business with you guys I did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated! I paid $60 for a Gel pedicure with no foot massage! SMH... And my Polish is very bumpy and uneven... But that was not my complaint about the nail technician who ORIGINALLY did my pedicure she was AWESOME....it was Mike the owner that took over when he had her STOP doing MY feet to do another customers nails when mine weren't done and I'd Made an APPOINTMENT
Also you might want to be careful the way you speak to people when they have a Google translator on the phone when you are talking about them as well!!
Upon walking in your place I knew you had overbooked ther4 I'd asked if you wanted me to come back the next day...you said you had time for me however you did not and rushed my services & STILL took my money+ I appreciate you trying to give me $30 back however I just wanted the services that I'd paid for in the past and the same customer service !!! I didn't want anything for free therefore you can keep your $30 and go pay for a better attitude!! Service: Pedicure
