So many unprofessional things occurred. I waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes, only to be told that they've decreased the pharmacy hours by 10 hours so now we have long lines and only 1 drive thru lane was accessible. After I finally got to the drive thru clerk and asked for the medication , I waited another 10 minutes I was then told that they couldn't find the medication initially, hence the wait, and furthermore they
inadvertently charged me twice, BUT not to worry the $93.00 charge would fall off automatically. Today is day 4 and the charge still remains on my statement. I feel as though I spent 40 minutes in pharmacy Hell. No one wants to go to Hell!

I apologize for not getting his name. Each time I visit this pharmacy, the tall gentleman is always kind and very polite, very. A 5 Diamond rating really.
Very rare ppl now.

Incredibly slow. If you ever want to get a vaccination here, be prepared to make your appointment and still wait for a minimum of one hour. Sometimes it seems like the techs have no idea what is going on. Definitely switching to the Smiths across the parking lot.

I would like to say thank you for being very nice to Emily who helped me over the phone on Tuesday around 6pm very nicely and took the time to check for an item in high demand I live in Jean NV so before I make the trip into town I call the stores in advance I called the other Walgreens on Las Vegas Blvd and windmill and Haidi was very rude! Thank you again Emily:)

The service at Walgreens Pharmacy at Southern Highland is horrible. I had to talk to a pharmacist to pull up my prescription right away after talking this Pharm tech who kept on telling me my prescription was there twice for 10 minutes. I was told that the tech was new but all he needs to do is ask another more experienced tech for the help he needs and be trained a little better rather than being arrogant.
