We are all going through rough times right now Ive been waiting on unemployment from Texas its been two months they owe me so Ive been barely getting my account went into the negative I called asking for help and without hesitation Citibank reassured me why I bank with them thanks a lot for your human kindness and great services at this branch theyve always been great

Please if you're reading this review I really want you to take this seriously I deposit $1,697 a couple days ago into the ATM drive-thru after doing so it gave me a receipt saying that it did not register the money!!!!!! I walked in literally 5 minutes late and explained my situation and the bank teller was rude to me and told me to call the 800 number I talked to the assistant manager where I got the same response we're talking almost $1,700 cash The professionalism from this Citibank is one of the worst I've experienced and not in in terms of bank but in terms of customer service, they were condescending not attentive, I was very pleasant with them and all they told me is called the 800 number and that's it I have never experienced unprofessionalism I already sent it to the better business bureau hopefully they investigate the situation I am not the first that this happened to if you look at the other reviews so now I have to wait almost 10 to 30 days to get credit on my money during this time I have bills to pay and other expenses if this continues I will do a lawsuit. One of the worst experiences I've ever experienced.
