Great service! So nice to know my mail will always be there safe abs sound to pick up. Convenient location for me and easy to access and quickly pick up. The staff is very helpful and polite

I've relied on this place to receive my mail for about a year now. They've been extraordinarily helpful to me, and they deserve a much higher average rating IMHO. The complaints in the other reviews are silly you're upset that they don't want you to spam them? Lol, okay. Personally I can attest that they've gone out of their way to help me out as a paying customer.

Let me preface this by saying I have been going to this Mail Zone since 2019 for notary, shipping etc and have always had wonderful serviceuntil today. Today I went into the store with a document I needed to send certified mail, return receipt and a lamp I needed packaged to ship using UPS with the prepaid label I'd brought. I was the only customer in the store during the duration of my transaction. The owner didnt want to take the responsibility of packaging the lamp, which I completely understand. While he was processing the certified mail, I selected a box to purchase and told him I would do the packaging myself. I asked for bubble wrap, as I had purchased small quantities of it in the past with other items I had them package. He handed me a large bundle of bubble wrap to purchase. I told him it was ok and I had some at the office I would use. He finished the certified mail and gave me the dollar amount I owed him. It was unusually low so I questioned him.
He had not processed it with a return receipt. At that point he removed the lamp from the box, took the box away, and handed me the package that needed to go out saying I dont have time for this. I looked at him in disbelief and protested, asking if he was really going to make me find a new mail place and told him I always bring my shipping here. He said he doesnt know me and he's never seen me before and told me to go.
Im still in shock.

I came in here to drop off some FedEx packages, including one that included a QR code. As a new customer, I walk into the store and don't see the owner until I'm halfway into the store. The owner doesn't get up, and directs me to a wire cart. I inquire about the QR code, and am informed that I need go to FedEx for that service. Not a problem, I understand that a third party may not have the same access. I ask for a tape gun as I didn't have access to one prior to going into the store. I was told I'd be charged $1 for the service, and asked if he took debit card. The owner promptly hands me back my box and tells me to never come back into his store and called me a joke. Ironic given that this is also a combo magic store. Not only am I incredibly disappointed in my experience, I'm appalled that a customer would be treated like this. If you're going to charge for a service, please expect that people aren't always going to have the type of tender you expect.
