Can't believe how Many Bad Reviews Thia Preffered Co. Has , I qwnt to write one and They Are about the SAME Experience I'm Having Wait time 40 Min + I'm driving so sure I'll hold just to See How Long and IF they Can help and Answer lets see How much time they give me and if They Will Help With what I Need. Or Cut me off ..But also in the Past I've had to Deal with them and yes their worst Customer service and getting Back to Yah.
So far 33 mins and still holding!

They should be closed down by the state. They are the worst customer service, they do not return calls, they do not help, and unfortunately, my doctor says this is the only place my insurance is contracted with for supplies. Everyone should call their insurance company to complain so they know what is going on.

Cannot ever get ahold of this company. Need to order supplies for Cpap and cant get them. No one to ever help you!

I need crutches and my insurance says this is where I need to get them from. It's been 2 weeks since my doctor submitted a prescription to them and I have not heard a thing from them. When I call I am on hold until I give up, usually 40+ minutes without anyone answering. By the time I get my crutches I probably won't need them anymore. Their hold message "we are experiencing a high call volume, please hold for the next available representative" plays every 5.53 seconds, clearly a tactic to discourage people from holding for the next representative.
