Took two hours to get my order and it wasn't even correct. Worst Chipotle experience ever, will not be ordering from this location again. Not to mention there was about half a scoop of chicken, very disappointing.

I do not recommend this store in The Fashion Mall. Had my order picked up. It wasnt done on time and they gave me someone elses order. They did refund me after going through hoops online, that was very time consuming. Tried to call the store first and they wouldnt answer. You cant talk to a person. Dont waste your time

I have worked in the area for the last seven years. I frequent this location because parking is a breeze. I've noticed that the staff has changed and I think that explains why the food is terrible. I've given it three times, and the three strikes means you're out. The rice is hard. The beans look like they've been sitting there for days (which I'm sure isn't the case, but that's what it looks like). They could at least stir them from time to time. The beans have been hard and undercooked. There is always one employee who works everyone's wage and takes over the order because she can do it better and gets my order wrong EACH time. I'm allergic to fresh tomatoes, and she put them on my meal. When I told her I didn't ask for Pico de Gallo she scraped some off and proceeded to tell me "I got most of them off", I let her know that was fine and not to charge me for that because I didn't want it. When I asked for two sides of sour cream, the super employee informed me that she had already given me a side. I asked for a second side of sour cream because I would like two since I was ordering six bowls and one burrito. She repeated that she had already given me one. I politely walked out and left the food there. Bon appetite
