Mike and his team are great I called them they came within 15 mins and had changed my locks on my house so fast I was amazed at the great service and how quick and helpful these guys are super friendly too definitely recommend them 5 stars for sure im gonna call them again if I need anything next time for sure keep up the good work thanks u guys are awesome!!!!

Very rude over the phone. I went there to see about getting car keys made. They needed to order the blanks. I called a week later asking if the keys have come in. The person curtly told me they take your name so they can call you when keys arrive. When I asked how much longer he expected they might take to arrive, the person said he was cancelling my order and hung up.

Company need to hire new responsible drivers. Drivers are putting others at risk ! This driver almost hit me because I wouldnt drive past speed limit. This needs to spot I almost called the cops on him.

I purchased a key and transponder for my 2005 Chevrolet Colorado on Amazon. I went to several key shops to get the new key cut and the transponder programmed. For various reasons, they were unable to help me. So, I went to Lockmaster. The person who helped me explained that the new key and transponder were not correct for my Colorado. He told me he could get the correct transponder in two days. I consented, and he put the order in for the correct transponder. He then made a new key for me.
The person who helped me was courteous and professional. I will keep coming back for all my lock and key needs.
