Recently found out that this restaurant is nearby my place so tried out, then it turns out really good. Ordered bento style, which was thin katsu and beef&onion (gyu-don), and its portion was pretty satisfying and taste was good too. It comes with soup & salad. Katsu was a little hard to chew and thinner than I thought but wasn't so bad. Hope they can improve this in the future. Overall I was satisfied and will try more menus here for sure. Recommended.

Fast, Fresh made to order sushi and sashimi. I enjoyed the salmon sashimi bowl with salmon roe and mango salsa. Give it a try for quick sushi in apinch. Priced right.sashim

Thin Thin Katsu tastes like a shoe sole. Likely was prepared hours beforehand. Bad imitation of the authentic dish.

Kuben was so so good. We watched our sushi get made fresh, and the bento box had a lot of food. Perfect lunch meal if you're hungry. It took a little while to get our food because everything was made fresh, but the staff was so sweet. We loved it here!!
