Oof. Very unfriendly atmosphere at the store. Everyone was quiet and seemed a little irritated that I had walked in. 2 dollars per package to tape up returns - And this IS for an Amazon return where the store is meant to handle the packaging. As a former The UPS Store employee myself at a location that was friendly and definitely did free taping of returns, this is an awful look. Avoid if possible, there are locations with friendlier employees and friendlier policies.

Taking a boudoir shoot was on my bucket list and this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. The experience was more than worth its weight in gold. Susan made me feel so relaxed like we were two friends messing around taking pictures. The difference is the picture exposed more than I can ever try to express in words. Eternity grateful!!!!!

I tried tondrop off 2 packages today. Box needed about 8" of tape on one end. They tried to charge me $2 per box for a piece of tape. This place is a joke. The female manager in the blue shirt, was on the phone talking to her boyfriend or someone and could have cared less about taking care the only customer in the store. The average of 3 stars is way too high for this location.
