Entirely unhelpful. I went in to get an updated version of a document I had already had notarized multiple different times at different branches and they wouldnt do it even though I called to make sure there was a notary there and that the document was something they were allowed to sign. The lady at the teller line read over the document several times said it was fine and then told me to sign my portion while she got her stamp out. At the last second, after I had already signed, she says she wants to double check with her supervisor. Why, when she had already said yes? No idea. Her supervisor takes one glance at the document and says the teller will get fired if she notarized it because its not an approved document. Shes full of it, I called the main customer service number and talked with a super helpful woman that said as long as it is a financial document it would be fine. So after all that I had to contact my attorney for a fresh copy of my document, because the one I had with me the teller made me sign without notarizing it, ruining my ability to take it elsewhere. Had they just said from the beginning that they couldnt notarize it I could have saved myself a lot of time and some money too. I dont expect to be treated as if my time and money dont matter, especially when they are in the wrong.
