I signed up for vaccine 3x, I keep getting text reminders of time and date, but no location. No email, nothing.
They don't answer calls.
They are in serious need of cranial-rectal prevention
Lapeer county seems to have gone to great lengths to make their website difficult to navigate.
Update nov 2021, they never did call back, or email.
Honestly, Kroger in lapeer had their act together.

Website not working for asking a question. How does the county associates work with residents or does the permit department working or on unemployment?

I was at the LCHD for Covid Vaxx on 2/10/21. The experience was near perfect. I was met by cheerful staff and treated with dignity and respect. Every step of the procedure was explained thoroughly and efficiently. I received the email for my 2nd shot as I was walking to the cool down area; thats how fast they work. Youd never guess that we were receiving life saving medication in the middle of a Biblical plague by the staffs smiling eyes. The only complaint that I have is with their website software; initially it was confusing and cumbersome, but they seem to have sorted that out.
Thanks to the LCHD staff for all they do; this cant be an easy job during these wildly troubled times.
