      image Totally handled poorly. I ordered in August two headstones. Headstones were 4 months late arriving. No communication on updates unless I called. Jeffrey did not call Cemetery to have ground prepared and did not tell me he missed the date for that to happen. I learned today because I had to followup to check on status. It has been a miserable expérience and now I learn today headstones will not be placed until late April, May time frame. I had to ask someone to be accountable. Thank you for making my loss even more difficult. GET IT DONE !!
