Recommended by a coworker after I had multiple bad visits with Sparrow ER and their follow up appointments. I know why. I have been treated with such compassion here at McLaren and I will never go elsewhere. I recommend them 100%.

Horrible double billing and outright scam. My daughter (college student) went to the emergency room for a minor sickness. They do a ekg lab etc. ER charge is $948 (total bill $1757.84) The Dr. tells her to come back the next day for a checkup. They do ANOTHER ekg, lab's etc and now charge $330 MORE for the ER. ER cost $1278 (total bill $1851.60) I called the Patient Advocate. She told me she would put the account on hold and get back to me. She never did. They just sent it to collections. Total SCAM Medical billing in the USA led by McClaren in my view. There was no reason to have my daughter come back. Then to charge $330 more for the same emergency room is ridiculous an again not needed. Do not go to these people.

I used to love it here until my last doctor left, now I couldn't be more unhappy.
I was 15 minutes late because of their mistake and they would not see me when I have been in the hospital on heavy pain killers and needed a referral for SURGERY, and they refused so much for helping those in need.
I guess they definitely are in for the money not the people.
Not to mention getting yelled at for missing my last appointment, when they never sent the confirmation text which THEY are required to do, and now I'm having crazy awful withdrawal symptoms do to not getting my life long medication filled at that appointment.
Time for a doctor's office that cares for the patient.
Too bad I now have to do this while in and out of the hospital.

Clean, appealing appearance
Staff friendly I especially like the checkout receptionist as she's the friendliest one and I believe been there awhile. I feel it's important for staff to be friendly here. 5 stars for the checkout receptionist by herself. Bathrooms spice n span
