Easily made appointments, wait time is quick and not long. Staff are very friendly, and feel quite relaxed after the adjustments. Place has helped me out immensely with movement. Would recommend to a lot of people with no hesitation.

I have been a patient of Waverly Chiropractic for over 20 years. My first visit was while pregnant with my first child, who is now an adult and a patient of Dr. Carter, as are the rest of my family. I trust him completely and would never dream of going elsewhere.

I'm not sure how to feel. I saw Dr. Carter for ...a year and a half to two years? Something like that. He was very kind, always listened, and worked with me on a cash price I could afford since my insurance didn't want to work with his office.
I moved down to Mason and was still traveling up to Lansing once a month for visits because I liked the office so much.
Then, October 2020. Right after the MI Supreme Court overturned a lot of Governor Whitmer's E.O.s, but we were still in the middle of a pandemic. I showed up to my October appointment...and patients were only about 50/50 masked. Office staff was no longer masked. Dr. Carter still was, but I was dismayed at the lack of masks for the rest of the office.
I feel awful, because Dr. Carter is great, and the office staff are all really nice too, but I don't want to risk my health with an office that doesn't enforce masks. I've found a new chiropractor in Mason who is taking mask enforcement seriously.
