My experience with Genesis has been alarmingly bad. First, there were obvious mistakes on my MRI readings. For example, one report included a description of an organ that had been removed surgically long before these MRIs were taken. When my physician asked to have the MRI's reread because of errors, he said they outright refused to do so and actually got angry at him. Last straw--yesterday I was seeing a surgeon who wanted to get a copy of the MRI readings, called Genesis, and was told they didn't have any record of me. Not good. I called them this morning to check on it, and they pulled up my records right away. Clearly someone wasn't paying very much attention...
Their staff hasn't been terrifically friendly, either. My advice--run, do not walk, to have your tests done somewhere else!
