Hallway is disgusting. Stains on the carpet and old carpet. Room looked renovated but it made me itch. Water pressure in shower was poor. And there were stains on two of the towels so I could not use them. Inspect all towels for stains. This is to the staff. Just throw the towels with stains away. We dont want to use those. Especially if it has a brown stain like mine did smh. Wont be back. Dont stay here.

Their key cards say choice rewards yet the lady at the desk said they dont abide by the choice rewards program. No early checkin no late check out no points nothing. Absolutely rude when declaring that the dont care about what the choice brand says

Looks are very deceiving. When I booked my hotel online the room looks pretty clean from the picture. When I actually got to the room you can definitely tell it's a two-star hotel. The floors are filthy and the sheets are very itchy. My daughter (which is 3) and I itched all night from the sheets. I woke up coughing because something went up my nose in my sleep.I immediately booked another hotel for the next night and even did a early checkin request. All I can say is you really pay for what you get, which is not much. It doesn't feel very welcoming coming in the door. When you walk in the first thing you see is a sign that says it's your fault for the way your life is going don't blame others.No welcoming at all. You never know what people are going through and the sign doesn't help.That was the first red flag it didn't seem very welcoming or kind.The staff wasn't personally rude to me but he wasn't very professional and it seems like everybody in Illinois hates their jobs. In the room it showa a sign that say 100% smoke free. However, every time I come out my room is reeking of marijuana smells and I got hit with tobacco smoke walking into the door trying to check in. If you're thinking about bringing your family here don't do it. If you can afford a better hotel do that instead.
