If u get Eileen pomento,well pretty much ur screwed....I was represented by her for my workman's comp...she never even showed up to the actually court date.i have never got the chance to meet her n discuss the case...and the few conversations we had over phone,were very unprofessional, she would talk over me,scream alot,lack of empathy,never took the chance to hear me out.And the fact that she send someone else to represent me last minute cost me my case!!!!!!!!!!!
