I have been using Fraser as my copier source for about 7 years. They are an excellent business with the best of people, from the office and sales staff to their great technicians. I am a small printing business, but they have treated me as if I was a larger Corporation. Providing excellent service as well as fair charges on my contract. Unless something changes I will continue my association with Fraser and recommend them highly.

Fraser staff are always friendly from scheduling to service. Our service technician Bruce is exceptional and always very professional and knows the equipment inside and out.

You can't go wrong with Fraser. All of the techs are excellent - they answer service calls pretty fast. And the problem with our machines are usually resolved immediately. And John, Rueben and Kris are top notch!

The Fraser team was helpful and took care of the issue with our copy machine in a timely manner. The worker was helpful, polite and friendly. We will not hesitate to call, or email, them again for service.
