Back to getting half my speeds, upload ping is 500+ and they won't fix it... was good for a while. I have the 50 down 5 up package. I would be fine if they would even just fix my upload problem, then i could game without problems.

Consistent issues with service and we still have not been upgraded to the service plan we originally ordered.
Service time is very very slow. Took a week and a half to get someone out to install the internet, now it's taking over a week to get it fixed. It's frustrating missing out on work opportunities due to lack of availability.
Customer service is usually really great, though.
