When ever did the court of law allow false information without evidence into a major decision....This judge has made it possible for Lancaster county to try an erase family from a Childs life (Our Nephew).... Horrible what about the law..... ACT 115dhs.pa.gov/docs/Publicat…And we were told that the Judge doesn't have to tell us why he made his decision?????? Well you based that decision off of something.... not to place our nephew back with blood relatives who are approved to have him reside together with his other siblings.....If anyone wants to share their story with me please reach out to [email protected]...... I don't believe Judge Reich is a good judge at all. He is only for the people who have money and well paid lawyers. He screwed me and several people over. Even with proof of abuse to my children by my ex he still made a horrible decision. So apparently a man who drinks like a fish and smokes pot, smokes crack is more of a fit parent. My ex even has a horrible criminal history. He has been in and out of jail. But i did a voluntary drug and alcohol test and came out clean. Well duh i dont even smoke cigarrettes. I have never been arrested and had to provide proof that i dont even have a criminal history. Because of 2 times of missing visitation due to circumstances beyond my control he took my kids and they are in the hands of the devil now. All because I didnt have a lawyer. He is not looking out for the best interest of children at all. He is a horrible judge. I hope to god hes not a father or grand father.
