First of all, everyone I met with was wonderful. My largest disappointment was that I didnt receive the aveda treatment when having my hair done. I have been to other aveda salons and they always do a shoulder massage before they start and a hot towel during the shampoo portion. This salon didnt seem to perform any of these aveda treatments. I double checked their website and they say its part of their standard. When I asked the front desk if they no longer do it, she said they do and asked for if I wanted to go back and have it done. The moment had definitely passed and I had already been there for 2.5 hours. I wasnt offered any sort of discount even though the fully service wasnt done. Very disappointing, especially when I have previously had great experiences at other aveda salons.
My stylist was very nice but I would not recommend if you are looking for the full treatment. I probably wont be going back. Service: Hair coloring
