Karen, you camped next to your friends just like you had requested in desirable, grassy sites next to an 80 acre Amish farm. What’s not to love about that?? We do not have any asphalt or permanent sites that would give a “trailer park” feel. We happily accommodated all of your requests and you never voiced any concerns. Our only conclusion, is that you choose to be the type of person that likes to complain and kick the small business owners down. Kindness matters and that is what we strive for and showed you. You might want to try that too.

Such a beautiful, peaceful campground. We had a great weekend at Beacon Hill, with amazing weather and great company. The restrooms were so clean, it was refreshing to see. We had a few visitors (peacocks) come by our site, and it was so cool to see! The Amish sets up a stand for everyone to buy pastries and whatnot, on Saturdays. (Delicious!) If I could give Beacon Hill more stars, I would. Ill be back next month! Highly recommend!

We have visited 2 other campgrounds on our past two trips to Amish country. We really like our site and the friendly welcome we received. Looking forward to seeing Moses @ Sight & Sound tomorrow morning. Then we will find Dienners for a traditional Amish meal. We just love the Amish countryside & people.
