I was there today . There's nobody .No one is in counter .One lady was in bag section area and was on her mobile . I think she is the employee. And keep staring at me whole time as if i am gona steal something. She didn't greet, keep staring at me and her eyes keep following me whole time. I feel so weird and left the store without buying even i really like one bag. I will never go there and do not recommend to go that store to anyone. Even though i am big fan of michale kors .

I attempted to return an online purchase in store at the Park City Center on 12/21 at 3p. When I entered the store there was what I assumed 3 other customers but no employees. 2 people left and 1 person was trying on shoes. She then put the shoes behind counter and asks what I need. I informed her that I needed to return an online purchase and she said that wasnt possible. I asked her why then the website said that it could be returned in store and she simply said she couldnt. I am surprised that Michael Kors allows their associates to try on merchandise during their shift and not greet customers while ignoring very clear policies.
Update: after speaking with customer service they reached out to the store manager who confirmed their system could take online returns and the employee working simply lied. I returned to the store a second time to be told once again they wouldnt take the return. I wish I could give this store negative stars.
I will never spend another dollar at Michael Mors or on any of their products ever again. I understand this is the low end of upscale fashion but the customer service is on the low end of terrible.

This store sucks for selection. No good sales. Gettysburg outlets is better
