Rude, unfriendly and poor customer service

Not great. The service was initially fast, and then painfully slow. While working to activate a card, the banker had to reset their password. During the conversation, I got the impression I was being talked down on. After a 45 minute consultation I was told I was confused. I decided it was best to go elsewhere for my secured credit card.

I was the third car waiting in drive up line 27 minutes before I got up to the window, was apologized to that there were only two people working on a Saturday morning !?

Fulton Bank's lack of genuine "customer service" with the Overby-Seawell data breach of critical sensitive personal information is extremely disappointing. If a customer values personal attention and a personal response, it might be wise to seek the services of a different financial institution. Fulton's actions have clearly signaled that they see me as irrelevant and it is inconsequential if I move my financial interests elsewhere.
*FOLLOW-UP to Fulton Bank's response - For more than a month, I have tried every conceivable method of communication to request someone at a corporate level to call me regarding this very important matter. It strikes me as rather disingenuous to ask me to contact "Customer Care" (as I have already done multiple times). Sadly, my faith and trust are irretrievably broken.
