If I could give this office zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional staff. I waited for 3 months for an authorization from insurance just for this office to tell me that they can't do the treatment 10 minutes before my appointment. They didn't even give me a referral for another specialist. I've been in pain and it just seems that they've dismissed me without a care.
When I called to get more info, the front desk informed to me that I was complaining and what did she want her to do about it.
What a disgrace of an office. Would NOT recommend this office to anyone.

Great experience, I didn't have to wait long. Front desk staff were very polite in getting me registered. Dental Team saw me and provided a referral to an oral surgeon which I needed.

Bad service! The hygienist was not confident and didnt seem aware of her duties which made me very questionable to her abilities to be sensitive to an exposed tooth in my mouth. Also to note, the dentist seemed not to care about how much pressure he was applying to the exposed tooth while giving the examination. The dentist seemed uninterested in answering any of my questions about my treatment and was unfriendly. The hygienist was argumentative and unprofessional. Overall experience of this dentistry was very poor except the front desk staff. After the hygienist decided to be combative, I walked out. Customer service is not a priority and I felt like an easy payment for this dentistry. Their are better options for dentistry for service providers them this dentist. I could find a better dentistry and I intend to do so!
