Charles. Did a thorough check of the air conditioner/ heater unit on the roof and he gave me an estimate for a replacement unit in the near future due to the age of the existing unit.
The fan , he said, may have to be replaced and there are rusting on the coils.
I told him that I would think about it and I would like to get a callback in 2-3 months.

I had some issues with my AC and Heater and Charlie was able to fix it pretty quickly. Very nice person and amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work! Will definitely use him again for all my maintenance needs!
