Went there and was greeted at the front desk with hospitality. They checked me in and a few minutes later took my vitals and asked why I was there. I was called in from waiting room 25 minutes later and doctor saw me 10 minutes after that. Did X-rays, breathing treatment and shot off steroids. Was released 20 minutes later to go home. The ER was full but it appeared they were servicing patients in a timely manner. Overall experience was excellent and great service to my medical needs. Thank you Palmdale Regional!

The doctor seemed like he couldnt be bothered with helping treat me. He was very dismissive and not helpful. I was there for 10 hours, in extreme pain, I didnt even get any attempt at relief until 15 minutes before I was discharged. I was not asked if the treatment worked before I was sent home. The emts that took me to the hospital tried to get me to have one of my roommates take me to the ER so they wouldnt have to. They kept asking if I was sure that I needed to go and for them to take me. They couldnt even be bothered to check my vitals before taking me. When they called it in, they told the hospital that my vitals were fine, they didnt even check. My nurse and his student were amazing though. So was the tech that treated me as well as another nurse. However, the rest, the doctor and emt, not so much. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not bring my dead dog as a cadaver there.

Amazing service from doctor to nurses, it did take me about 6 hours there.. well worth it tho

Thank You so much for everything all the ER team and Doctors that responded in my time of need. And when I was admitted to the floor all the nurses that helped me and the Doctor that helped me pull through..
