Booked an appointment online weeks in advance (with my debt card attached) they then called me and said I need to buy a gift card because its the store policy. What a hassle. Ended up going to second wind day spa in Palmdale no hassle.

They charged me $300 for a microdermabresion. It was not a microdermabresion. Just a facial. They don't even exfoliated my face. The machine they used it's not for the right treatment. I'm glad I didn't continue the membership with them. It's not worth it. Bad experience.

Membership is the way to go. The clinic is beautiful and peaceful. Staff is courteous and attentive. Paying the monthly membership means I get a massage or facial every month. And if I miss a month, it rolls over to the next month. I love it

My wife and I have been coming here for 4 months since November 2023. After our first appt we decided to become members because the service and the therapists were amazing! Latavia and Kyeisha have been simply heaven sent the way they understand our bodies and what we need to relieve the pains we experience from work! Its no secret that they are the best! Hurry up and take my money so we can get another appointment in!!!
