I have not received my returns that I left with them in April. No calls or emails have been answered. I work in Public service and referred by a friend who also does the same and both of our taxes are being held hostage. Ill be reporting this business to the state and BBB. Unfortunately Ive had to retain an attorney to sue for damages at this point.

Been going there for years and they use to be awesome. Now they wont return calls or emails. Its July and they still havent filled my taxes. (Should of been filed by April 15). Very disappointed.

I have had great experiences with them in the past but since covid communication is dismal and very unresponsive. Schedule changes often, no one returns calls, they no longer answer the phone, you HAVE TO leave a message, no one emails or anything its sad because when I first started with them back in 2016 they were on the ball!!
