I usually dont have an issue with this location but for some reason this time around I did. I made a reservation in advance come the day of I was informed that my pick up location had changed without even asking first. When I called and explained that online it showed that they had availability at this location everything was fine and now its not. So I opted to drive the extra 3 hours to pick up the uhaul just to be told that they have no dollys in the location of pick up. So I asked if there was one in the Lakewood to pick up and was explained that theres isnt and would be one on Sunday. My issue is why have it online that they are available in your location, why wait till the day of pick up to inform about reservation issues. Like I said I never had this issue before and customer service is really great about giving information or references but the lady I was talking to Jennifer was not helpful, kept telling me nothing was available and giving no other option which felt like she really didnt want to help or care and to top it off hang up on me which was unnecessary. Very disappointed and frustrated about the situation will be taking business some where else. Hope this doesnt happen to someone else.

Truck is/was on its last leg. Staff was great. Had no issues with pickup. App to return was glitchy, had to use website, but overall a good move. It was very easy to find return lane and key drop.
