It's so sad seeing the most recent 5star reviews regarding the training. That's exactly how they hook you in, with the amazing trainers, but little do the new employees know what's to come. All of the negative reviews are true. They don't offer direct deposit and don't tell you about it until after you've signed the waiver stating if you quit within 6 months, you have to pay $600. Employees that live far away have to drive to the office every week to pick up their check. Pay day is Tuesday but if you're scheduled to work in another city, joke's on you, you can't drive there until Wednesday. Even then, you might not get your paycheck! In the last 3+ months, my fianc has made the long drive twice just to be told no one is getting their checks until Friday. The scheduler is extremely unprofessional. She expects you to pick up shifts right before they start and if you can't she will threaten you. DO NOT tell her which locations you do/don't like because she will instantly retaliate using that info against you or she will cut your hours altogether if you don't do what she wants. My fianc has reached out several times to get his questions answered but is stone walled each time. This company does NOT care about their employees. They don't care that behind employees can also come with a family. A family who needs to pay their rent and put food on the table for their kids. Please don't put you or your families lives through this, find somewhere else to work.

WORST SECURITY EVER You guys have a person named "corporal" Johnson (I looked it up and he's only a rank above newbie) harass my brother as soon as he pulled into the parking lot of my job and ask him what business he had there. This is the 5th TIME I have to explain that they are my ride. "Corporal" Johnson pushed my brother and said "he doesn't want any of this" I know for a fact that something being said along those lines isn't professional at ALL. They had three security cars pulled around my brothers truck as if they were THE POLICE. Very unprofessional and anyone who wants to hire a security team go elsewhere. I spoked to Dakota over the phone and you can hear it in their voice that they really didn't care nor acknowledge the fact of what occurred. I asked for their last name to be able to let me Job know the issues and he hung up and doesn't want to answer now.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY TO DO SECURITY. POWER HUNGRY WORKERS
