Can not go into the office. Sales person met me out side, took my credit card and driver's license wandered around parking lot and warehouse , rummaged around inside a car, then took my credit card inside to run. The manager argued that it was the credit card's fault it took so long.

If you are not a contractor do not expect them to have the answers. We took in measurements for the door and jamb we have. Door 32x72. Jamb inside 33x73. Jamb outside 35x75. We ordered the door they suggested. It looked large when we got it, but took it home because they said it would fit. 4" too wide and 4" too long. It is an exterior door and there are no returns. I was told there was no way they made such a mistake on the size, they would know better. Do not trust them to help you
