Ya, it's a house. She's an Ex-seamstress, and taught her daughter how to sew, who is now a fashion designer. I called her up for an appointment to fix my sewing machine made in the 70's, (grinding noise, bunching up fabric, "stop and go" running, tying up thread inside the machine). She said she'll take a look at it and said it may take a week or two to fix what she needs to get done.
One day later, she called and left a message saying it's all done! It just needed a cleaning and oil'ing. Charged me a Very reasonable rate. (So reasonable I tipped, too)
I will come back again to service my newest sewing machine I got for Christmas, if it starts acting weird.
