Had to seek refuge here during the multi day power outage, so no estatic. Piper greeted us and her bubbly personality and kindness genuinely was a delight. She was the only staff there over worked and could have easily been awful with the on slaught of us grumpy people . She wasn't though. Seriously great place and great staff. Elevators were being upgraded or something which is a pain but eh nothing personal.

I dont understand, when will these large hotel chains realize that all walks of life stay at their hotels. I can almost never eat breakfast at one of these places, went down today, the eggs and the pork sausage were in the same steamer. I cant even eat the eggs now. The steamer marries everything in there and if i ate the eggs id get sick. I have a pork allergy, now i have to go buy and $20 breakfast somewhere just like every morning i stayed here an additional $80 to my stay that i had planned on avoiding spending. Even someone that doesnt eat pork for religious reasons wouldnt really be able to eat it. Infuriating!

The elevator frequently breaks down, leaving guests trapped in the elevator. The staff are aware of the issue, saying they plan to repair or replace the elevator TWO MONTHS from now. Meantime, they don't have it shut down; they just put up a sign that says to call them if you get stuck in their broken elevator! This is a HUGE safety issue.
Safety: Broken elevator that leaves guests stranded. No response to elevator alarm.
