I've always done turbo tax today was my first time doing HR block and it'll be my last. People and environment were great but $500 to file my taxes is crazy. Turbo tax has been free for the past decade that I've used it. Plus I could've finished doing my taxes on TurboTax in about half the time it took to have them done here.
Thought I'd pay for a more convenient and professional experience but not how I though it would be.

I will never do my taxes with H&R block they sat there in the back talking about how they shouldn't ask clients if they want to use the same tax person and about the script and what is on it and what wasn't. Then I heard them talking about how they gave there close friends more money back on taxes then other people, which I know is not allowed. once I heard all this going on I realized this place is not good for me. Cynthia made it to were I will not come back to H&R I used them every year they lost a customer I use TurboTax and do my own now I save 400 dollars now
