After 4 months with CTO my addiction was actaully worse because of the stress from dealing with the bully's that they employ. I've never had to pay to be bullied before, it was a hell of an experience that's for sure.

When I first started my classes, I was with a great counselor, then within 3 months counselors changed 4 times and each new one talked about the same things I learned from The previous counselor.

My counselor straight up lied on the report filed with the court. She added things to my report due to her conflict of interest. When I asked the secretary about it she confidentially told me that they recommend classes for everyone and they do so because they are encouraged to do so by the municipalities.
CTO has attempted to force me to delete my review.
I suggest they publicly contradict me.
But they can’t. Because they know that they lied under oath. They know that they have a sweetheart deal with municipalities in order to punish people and not rehabilitate them.
